Our Return Policy

At Prosperix USA, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you or your customers receive an item that doesn't meet expectations, we're here to help make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please include photos of the issue when submitting your claim.

Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Not What You Expected

We understand that sometimes products may look different in person than on screen. If you're unsatisfied with your order for reasons other than damage or defect:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • We'll do our best to accommodate your request
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges

Customized Items

Since all our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on items that:

  • Were designed to your specifications
  • Include personalized content
  • Are returned due to buyer's remorse

Wrong Address

If an address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You may be liable for the cost of reshipment. We recommend tracking your order and being available to receive delivery.

Returned by Customer

If you wish to return a product, please contact us first before sending anything back. We will provide you with return instructions and any necessary forms.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your financial institution may need additional time to process the refund.

International Returns

For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss return options. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
